You will be provided a welcome package from the Command Team. Further, you will gain access to the MPD handbook and SOPs which can be used to revise before your training.
You get trained by getting in contact with any one of our Training Officer's who will help you
and
train you further.
We try to work with everyone's situations to be able to provide the best training and
opportunities for our new hires to take advantage of. Setting them up for a strong future both
in OSFUSA and in the Metropolitan Police Department.
Nope!
Timezones do not matter at all in the Metropolitan Police Department. However, most of the
community is based on the EST / EDT timezone, and as such most events occur during the day.
Our department only requires 30 minutes of patrol a week and you can patrol at any time to be
able to meet that requirement.
Complaints can be submitted through the Office of Internal Affairs.
